Papers will be submitted to the ICDM16 conference cyberchair systems. The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the Proceedings.

Papers should not exceed 8 pages in the IEEE 2-column format (see the IEEE Computer Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines). Submissions longer than 8 pages will be rejected without a review. All submissions will be triple-blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to the workshop topics, originality, significance, and clarity.
